How frequentix works, for the people running the event.

Orientation guides for every part of the platform — the organiser console, your public storefront, and the Scanner and Box Office apps at the door. Enough to know what to expect; the console itself guides each step.

Plans & billing

Four plans — Free, Starter, Pro and Enterprise — with the core of the platform on every one of them. This is the orientation view; the pricing page has the full feature matrix.

Always included

Every plan, including Free, gets the essentials:

  • Ticketing, orders and the full storefront checkout
  • Apple and Google wallet passes for tickets and add-ons
  • Check-in with Scanner — one entry point and one active device on Free and Starter
  • Receipts, and read access to every document ever issued
  • Access codes for hidden ticket types

The plan ladder

  • Free — £0 a month, one live event at a time, 4% per-ticket fee (capped). Everything above, nothing gated below.
  • Starter — unlimited events and a 3% fee, adding custom branding and storefront text, badges, discounts, imports, waitlists, timed price tiers, attribution, sessions and VAT invoicing.
  • Pro — the working set for serious operations at a 2% fee: the registration wizard, approvals, automatic waitlist offers, reserved seating, Box Office, offline scanning, email campaigns, embedded checkout, companies, timed-entry slots, full white-label, webhooks and the API.
  • Enterprise — everything, with negotiated rates, higher limits and bespoke terms.

The email allowance

Transactional email — confirmations, tickets, notices — is unlimited and uncounted on every plan. Marketing email (campaigns and one-off sends) draws on a monthly allowance: none on Free and Starter, 25,000 a month on Pro and Enterprise. The allowance is a hard cap, counted per calendar month — see Emails & campaigns.

Billing & upgrading

Settings → Billing: the current plan with its per-ticket fee, and the platform's invoices to the organiser.
Settings → Billing — your subscription, separate from your ticket revenue.

Settings → Billing holds your subscription, plan changes and the platform’s invoices to you. Upgrades apply immediately — gated features unlock as soon as the plan changes.
