2% capped at £4.00, on any plan
Our per-ticket fee normally steps down as you move up plans — 4% on Free, 3% on Starter, 2% on Pro. A verified charity gets the best of the two: whichever is lower, your plan's rate or the charity rate. Stay on Free and you still pay 2%.
Nothing changes about where the money goes. Ticket revenue settles into your own Stripe account, and frequentix only ever deducts the fee shown here.

Already negotiated your own terms with us? Those stay exactly as they are — the charity rate only ever applies when it is the better of the two.
Ask for a gift at the checkout
Turn on a donation ask and buyers can add a gift to their basket, or give without buying a ticket at all. Write your own message, offer up to four one-tap amounts, and set the smallest you'll accept.
For a verified charity we take no platform fee on the donation itself — only on the tickets beside it. A donation-only order costs you nothing but the card processing.
Another 25%, at no cost to the donor
UK donors can add a Gift Aid declaration as they check out — name, house number and postcode, against HMRC's own wording. We record what they agreed to and when, then hand you the claim as a ready-to-upload HMRC schedule from Settings → Billing.
You file it yourself through Charities Online; we don't touch your HMRC credentials. Declarations are collected on the events you switch them on for, on donations in pounds sterling.

From the moment we verify you, on every order after it. Orders you already took keep the fee they were charged.
If we can't match your details we'll say why, and you can correct them and apply again. Everything else about your account works normally while you wait.
