frequentix
Welcome offer

Your first orders, on us.

No platform fee on your first 50 paid orders, for 90 days. Sign up with a code from one of our flyers, posters or partners — or from our blog — and it applies from your very first sale. Card processing still applies.

The terms

What the offer is, in plain words

There is no small print beyond this page. Every number here is the number the platform enforces, and frequentix only ever takes the per-ticket fee shown on the pricing page — during the offer, it takes none.

50 paid orders, across every event
The offer covers your first 50 paid orders after the code is applied, whichever event each one is for. An order with several tickets in it is one order. Free registrations do not count against the total, because they never carry a platform fee anyway.
90 days from the day the code is applied
The offer ends 90 days after you apply the code, or when the 50 orders are used — whichever comes first. An order started while the offer was running keeps its price even if the offer ends before the buyer pays.
Our fee, not the card fee
The platform fee is the per-ticket fee shown on the pricing page. Card processing is charged by Stripe on every card payment and is not ours to waive, so it still applies. The copy always says “no platform fee”, never “no fees”, for that reason.
Your buyers see no service fee
If you pass the platform fee on to buyers as a service fee at checkout, they pay none while the offer is running — the price they see is the ticket price.
Cash and bank transfer
Door sales taken in cash and orders settled by bank transfer never carry a platform fee, so they are neither charged nor counted against the offer.
One code per organisation
A code is applied at signup, or added from Settings → Billing within 14 days of signing up — as long as you have not yet taken a paid order. Once an organisation holds an offer it cannot swap it for another. Codes are matched whatever case you type them in.
Charities
A verified charity gets the offer in full while it runs, and its charity rate afterwards.
Ending a code
A code we publish carries a closing date, stated beside it — the last day it can be used at signup, and signing up on that day still gives the full offer. We may also stop any code being used for new signups at any time. Neither ever changes an offer already applied to your organisation: its terms were fixed the moment it was applied.

Already signed up? Settings → Billing shows how many fee-free orders you have left, or lets you add a code. The help centre article walks through it.

Have a code? Use it at signup.

Create your account, type the code into the offer-code box, and the first 50 paid orders carry no platform fee. No code? Sign up anyway — you can add one within 14 days.
