Your exhibitors leave with the leads.
Sell lead capture as an add-on at your own price. Exhibitors scan visitor badges from their own phones, collect names, emails and notes, and take a clean list home — while you see exactly how much the show delivered. Available on Pro and above.
The thing exhibitors actually judge a show by
An exhibitor books a stand for one reason: to leave with people they can talk to afterwards. frequentix Leads makes that a product you sell rather than a spreadsheet they improvise — a licence per device, priced by you, bought from the company link they already use, and paired by QR with no logins to hand out.
You set the price, they buy it themselves
Lead capture is a normal add-on on your event, so you choose what a licence costs and how many exist. Exhibitors buy more whenever they need to — from their company page or from inside the app itself — through the same checkout, tax treatment and VAT invoice as anything else you sell.
A licence per device, assigned by QR
Each licence pairs one phone. The stand manager picks who it belongs to from their own team, shows them the QR, and they are capturing in seconds — no accounts, no passwords, nothing to install for anyone who already has a browser. Reassigning a licence signs the previous device out, with a warning first.
Keeps working in a dead hall
Exhibition halls are notorious for connectivity. A paired device reads badges without a round trip and queues what it captures, uploading the moment there is signal again — with the conversation recorded at the time it happened, not the time the Wi-Fi came back.
Notes at the stand, while it is fresh
Capture is not just a name. Whoever scanned can type what was actually said — the follow-up, the objection, the budget — and when two people on the same stand meet the same visitor, both notes survive on one lead rather than one overwriting the other.
Ask your own qualifying questions
Set a few questions every stand asks — visitor type, buying timeframe, whatever makes your show's data comparable — and read the answers in your dashboard and export. Exhibitors add their own on top, which stay theirs. A question can be marked as always asked without ever blocking a scan: the capture saves regardless and the lead is flagged to finish later, because nobody should lose a conversation to a dropdown.
Their whole team’s leads, in one export
Everyone sees the leads they captured. The person running the stand sees all of it and downloads the lot as a CSV, and can promote whichever colleagues should be able to do the same.
A dashboard that answers the sponsor call
See how many exhibitors bought licences and how many are actually using them, total leads and unique visitors captured, a league table by stand, and who was scanned by whom — so when an exhibitor asks whether the show worked, you have the number.
Consent handled the way you want it
By default, presenting a badge to be scanned is what counts as agreeing — the trade-show norm. Prefer explicit opt-in? Switch the event over and a badge without consent yields no contact details at all. Either way it is disclosed to attendees, and erasing someone removes them from every exhibitor's records.
An exhibitor sees who they met — and nothing else
A lead capture device can read the badge in front of it. It cannot search your attendees, list them, download them, or check anybody in. Your visitor list stays yours.
Scan, note, next
The whole loop is one screen: point the camera at a badge, see who it is, type a line about the conversation, move on. The running count and anything still queued offline sit in view, so nobody has to wonder whether the morning made it.
Know what the show delivered
Licence take-up per exhibitor, capture totals by stand and by day, and the full record of who was scanned by whom — exportable, and ready for the conversation about next year's rates.
Frequently asked
How do exhibitors get the app?
There is nothing to install. Lead capture runs in the browser at leads.frequentix.com — they open it, scan the QR you gave them, and start. It works on any reasonably modern phone, and can be added to the home screen like an app if they prefer.
What happens if an exhibitor buys more licences mid-show?
They appear immediately. Exhibitors can buy from their company page or from inside the app, pay by card, and hand out the new licences within a minute or two — which is usually exactly when they realise they need them.
Can an exhibitor see the whole attendee list?
No. A paired device can decrypt the badge held in front of it and read back what it has captured — it has no access to your attendee list, no search, and no way to check anyone in. That boundary is enforced by the platform, not by convention.
What do attendees see?
That exhibitors may scan their badge, stated in your event's storefront copy and terms. If you would rather ask explicitly, switch the event to explicit consent and it becomes a registration question — a badge without a yes then yields no contact details.
