- Waitlists — when a ticket type sells out, buyers join a queue and you release freed places to them
- Ticket transfers — a buyer passes a ticket to someone else and the old QR stops working everywhere
- Date swaps — on a multi-date run, a buyer moves their ticket to another night themselves, same ticket type and nothing to pay; you can move any ticket from the console
- Buyer self-service cancellation — to a window and a fee you set, with the place going straight back to your waitlist
