A run is not twelve events
Cloning an event per night means configuring branding, questions, discounts and seating twelve times, and reconciling twelve sets of numbers afterwards. In frequentix the dates are part of the event: configured once, sold per date, reported together. Buyers pick their night on the event page and can put more than one in the same basket.

Stock and sales per date
Capacity, sales counts and per-order maximums are all counted per date, so Friday selling out never touches Saturday. Your ticket types, questions, discounts and branding are configured once and apply to the whole run.
Timed-entry slot grids
Generate a grid of timed slots — every fifteen minutes, all day, for a season — from a single recurrence, with a per-slot cap and an admission window either side. On Pro and above.
Waitlists per date
A sold-out Saturday has its own queue. Buyers waitlist the date they actually want, and a freed place is offered to the people waiting for that date rather than to the event at large.
Cancel a single date
Call off one night without touching the rest of the run: sales stop, holds and seats are released, tickets already sold stay valid, and every holder is emailed once. Cancelling never refunds by itself — that stays a deliberate, separate decision.
Seats and scans per date
Reserved seating works per date, so the same seat sells on twelve different nights. The scanner knows which night a ticket is for and turns away the right one at the wrong door — offline as well as on.
Generate a season in one action
Describe the pattern — every Tuesday until December, or every fifteen minutes between 10am and 4pm — and the dates are generated for you, with a cap per run so a mistyped recurrence can never mint a year of slots by accident. Re-running it adds what’s missing rather than duplicating what’s there.
See the run, and each night in it
Reports cover the whole run and filter down to a single night, so you can see that Saturday carried the week. Orders, tickets and exports all carry the date they were for.
Buyers choose their date
The event page lists the dates that are actually on sale, with what’s left on each. A sold-out night offers its own waitlist rather than a dead end, and a timed-entry event shows the slots for the day the buyer picked.

Every date in a list with its own capacity, sales and waitlist. Cancel one night and sales stop, holds and seats release, sold tickets stay valid and each holder is emailed once — the rest of the run carries on untouched.

Does reserved seating work per date?

What happens at the door?
The scanner knows which date a ticket is for and turns away the wrong night at the right door — offline as well as online, since the admission window is carried on the ticket itself rather than looked up.
How many dates can one event have?
60 per event on Starter, which covers a run, a term of classes or a season of gigs. Pro raises it to 2,000 and adds generated slot grids for timed entry.
