Know who’s coming before they arrive.
Ask the questions you need answered, vet who gets in, cap how many one person can take, and let sponsors and exhibitors issue their own team’s tickets — all before anyone reaches the door.
Registration, not just ticketing
A conference badge needs a job title. A members-only night needs to know you are a member. A trade show needs each exhibitor’s stand team named. frequentix treats all of that as part of buying a ticket rather than a spreadsheet you chase afterwards — and an incomplete answer can never slip through.
Custom registration wizard
Ask exactly what you need to know: a multi-step registration form with questions per ticket type, and follow-up questions that appear only when an answer calls for them. Nobody can finish checkout with a required answer missing.
Approval-gated tickets
Mark any ticket type as “requires approval” and buyers apply rather than buy — ideal for guest lists, press passes and member-only events. Review each request in a queue with the details they gave, then approve or decline individually or in bulk. Money only moves once you’ve said yes. On Pro and above.
Company & exhibitor ticket management
Record your sponsors, partners and exhibitors once and assign them to any event. Each gets a private link to manage its own team’s tickets — in bulk from a spreadsheet or one person at a time, restricted to the ticket types you allow — with a searchable roster to show each pass or reassign it when someone can’t come. A second link shows every ticket they hold across your events. On Pro and above.
Per-attendee assignment
Name each attendee at checkout and reassign a ticket to someone else later — it is re-issued and re-emailed automatically. Confirmation emails go out the moment an order is paid or a free order confirmed.
Per-buyer purchase limits
Cap how many tickets one person may buy across every order they place, not just per basket — so nobody clears your allocation four tickets at a time. Counted against the buyer, and enforced at the door as well as online. On Pro and above.
Questions that react to the answers
Build a multi-step form, ask different questions per ticket type, and reveal follow-ups only when an answer calls for them — dietary requirements only when someone says they are attending the dinner. Checkout won’t complete until every required answer is in, however the buyer gets there.
Everyone, and who they came with
Attendees land in a contacts book that spans every event you have run, with companies for the B2B side of it. Approve or decline applications in a queue, watch an exhibitor fill their allocation, and export the lot to CSV whenever you need it.
Frequently asked
Can I vet buyers before taking their money?
Yes. Mark a ticket type as requiring approval and buyers apply rather than buy: you see the details they gave, approve or decline individually or in bulk, and money only moves once you have said yes. On Pro and above.
Can I stop one person buying the whole allocation?
Yes — a per-buyer limit counts across every order that person places, not just per basket, and applies at the door as well as online. On Pro and above.
How do exhibitors get their team’s tickets?
Each company gets a private link to issue tickets — in bulk from a spreadsheet or one person at a time — restricted to the ticket types you allow, with a searchable roster to view each pass or reassign it when plans change, plus a view of every ticket they hold across your events. Nobody needs an account.
Ask everything you need, once
